HOME CARE MATCHING

What kind of help is needed?

Tell us about the care situation. Careometry will compare these needs against publicly documented agency capabilities and explain each match.

Payment source matters. The questionnaire asks whether care will be private pay, Medicaid/state-sponsored, veterans benefits, or another/unknown source. Medicaid participation and Medicaid-authorized service areas can be narrower than an agency's general service area, so Careometry evaluates those facts separately and shows Unknown when they have not been verified.
Search privately. You do not need to provide a name, phone number, email address, or create an account.

Paying for care

Payment source can change which agencies are eligible. Medicaid/state-sponsored programs may restrict an agency to program-authorized service areas, while private-pay and veterans-benefit arrangements are evaluated separately. Careometry shows Unknown when participation or payer-specific coverage has not been verified.

How will care be paid for? *
Choose the expected payment source. Careometry also considers whether an office is part of a franchise or an independent organization because geographic territory rules may differ. Franchise offices are initially treated as territory-restricted for Private Pay, Medicaid/state-sponsored programs, and Veterans benefits unless better evidence or an agency override says otherwise. Independent agencies are initially treated as not having a ZIP-territory restriction unless a specific service-area or program rule says otherwise. State programs may use ZIPs, counties, townships, regions, PSAs, subareas, or other geographic units. Unknown remains Unknown rather than being guessed.
