Careometry's organic matching uses service-area and care-capability information. Sponsorship status and Stripe payment state are not inputs to the organic matching percentage.
Sponsors are shown only in a separate labeled area; their genuine Careometry match percentage remains the same.

What agencies should know.
Does registration change our ranking?
No. Registration and profile enrichment do not buy placement in organic matching.
Does sponsorship guarantee a client?
No. Sponsorship purchases labeled advertising visibility. Careometry does not promise a call, lead, or client.
How does sponsored rotation work?
Up to three eligible sponsored agencies are shown for each consumer care search. When more than three sponsors qualify for the same search area, Careometry uses sponsored-impression history to give less-exposed sponsors priority. Refreshing the same results page keeps that search's sponsored selection and does not create another sponsored impression. A new consumer care search creates a new opportunity for rotation. Sponsorship never changes the organic Careometry match score or ranking.
Does Careometry store our card number?
No. Card entry occurs on Stripe's hosted checkout page.
What happens if a monthly payment has a problem?
Sponsored eligibility can pause while Stripe reports the subscription as unhealthy. The free organic listing remains separate.
Can we stop a monthly sponsorship?
Yes. Monthly sponsorship can be scheduled to end at the close of the current paid period.
Can we try sponsorship without a subscription?
Yes. The 30-Day Sponsor Pass is prepaid and does not automatically renew.
